Like many couples, Emily and Houston Carpenter often found themselves at a loss for what to do for dinner. Most of us who aren’t in the mood to cook either hop in the car or call for delivery. But the Carpenters aren’t like most people. Instead, the couple behind Little Em’s Oyster Bar decided to create their second restaurant.
